Plastic coloring products
Plastic is a polymer compound that uses monomers as raw material and is polymerized by addition or polycondensation. Its resistance to deformation is moderate, between fibers and rubber. It is composed of additives such as synthetic resin, filler, plasticizer, stabilizer, lubricant and colorants. The colorant used in plastic coloring are generally inorganic pigment, organic pigment and solvent dye. There are many varieties of organic pigment and it has bright color and high tinting strength so that other pigments cannot replace its superiority. Thus, the importance of organic pigment in plastic coloring is obvious. In addition to powder, pigments can also be made into color masterbatches, prefabricated products to color plastic.
