The heat resistance of pigment refers to that the pigment does not change significantly in color light and coloring power at a certain processing temperature, that is, the resistance of pigment to the change of coloring power caused by processing temperature. For various types of resins, the processing temperature generally ranges from 150 ℃ for PVC resin to 300 ℃ for polycarbonate resin. However, even for the same resin (such as LDPE), according to its equipment, process conditions and product requirements, the processing temperature can range from 180 ℃ of film blowing process to 280 ℃ of tape casting process. It should be noted that while considering the high temperature resistance of the pigment, its heating time should also be considered. For example, when nylon 6 and polyester are polymerized, the (heating) time is 4H. Another consideration is the thermal stability of the colored resin itself. When the resin is heated, it will change color due to thermal degradation, such as yellowing. Thermal analysis method can be used to evaluate the thermal stability of pigment. Thermal weight loss analysis (TG) is to measure the weight change of pigment when heated at a certain heating speed. The weight loss rate of sample at different temperatures can be expressed by temperature and weight curve to measure the thermal stability of pigment. Our company is an organic pigment manufacturer integrating R & D, production and sales. The organic pigments produced are easy to disperse, bright colors, excellent temperature and chemical resistance. Customer centered, continuous improvement, innovation and conscientious service to every customer.
